The life of a student has endless responsibilities,between managing school work,having a social life and dealing with various issues which sometimes include depression. Eating healthy is the last thing on your mind as a student that's why many students resort to eating junk food of which that is not healthy and affordable. A bowl of green salad with fruits is highly recommended for your mind and body.
