Knowing what to feed your child is important. As a mother we have so many things to do on our daily lives. A healthy balanced diet for our kids is essential for their daily growth and health. Even if you're have an underweight child these are the perfect meals to prepare for child.

I have a 2 year old boy and he doesn't like veggies..any advice?
ReplyDeleteWhat I can suggest for you my dear play your with your veggies,you can prepare a smoothie for him or even make pizza and top it with all the veggies you can afford.
