Drinking water has been the healthiest drink we all know and grew up being told about the importance of drinking water.There are so many healthy drinks that one can consume to stay healthy and still get nutrition from consuming it.
A plate must be well balanced. Everyday meals should always have protein,vegetables and carbohydrates. Green vegetables are essential for maintaining a good immune system, proteins help with growth and strong bones. Remember to always drink a glass of milk per day if you don't have milk,you can drink water or make your own juice at home using vegetables or fruits.
